A few things to know before your next stack.

Time your drop

Tap the screen to drop the moving block. Double Tap is also available on supported Apple Watch models.

Watch the landing

Normal blocks keep the overlap. Bonus blocks can widen the platform. Drop bombs into empty space to avoid losing width.

Take a breather

After 20 seconds without a drop, the game pauses. Continue when you’re ready, or restart from the pause screen.

Common questions

Why does my round stop at layer 10?

Each free round ends at layer 10. You can start another free round from zero as often as you like. A one-time full-game purchase removes this limit; there is no subscription.

I already purchased the full game. How do I restore it?

Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Connect your Apple Watch to the internet, reach the layer-10 screen, and choose Restore Purchases (scroll if needed). If the unlock still does not appear, contact us with the app version and any error message. Never send your password or payment details.

The price is missing, or a purchase will not complete.

Check the watch’s internet connection and try again. If it continues, email us with your country or region and the exact message shown. Your local App Store displays the applicable price before you confirm a purchase.

Double Tap is not responding. What can I do?

The gesture requires a compatible Apple Watch and the appropriate system settings. You can always tap the screen to drop a block. If touch input also fails, close and reopen Tapupu and check for app and watchOS updates.

How can I request a refund?

Apple handles App Store purchase refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the purchasing Apple Account, and follow the refund request steps. Eligibility and approval are determined by Apple.

How do I change the language?

Tapupu follows your device language settings. Supported languages are Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Norwegian Bokmål, and Swedish.
